THE NIGHT Az első EP-nek, amelyet Melanie C adott ki, a drag queen-nel, DJ-vel és Jodie Harsh producerrel közösen. Az EP-t világszerte digitálisan adták ki az iTuneson keresztül, és a számlistáján három olyan szám szerepel, amelyeket a duó a The Sea album készítése során készített, de amelyek nem kerültek bele. Az EP a 159. helyen debütált a hivatalos kislemezlistán és a 16. helyen az Egyesült Királyság független kislemezlistáján. Mivel kislemezként adták el az iTunes-on, Set You Free néven került a slágerlistákra. 2012. május 30-án Melanie C és Jodie Harsh ingyenesen kiadta a Set You Free és a Sunrise Extended Mix verzióját.

MelanieC: "Büszke vagyok arra, hogy milyen jól fogadták, mert én és Jodie nagyon jó barátok vagyunk, és a közös munka csak egy kis móka volt, tudod? Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, és nagyon elégedettek voltunk vele minden kiderült. Mindkettőnknek nagyon sok rajongója van, akik nagyon szeretik a tánczenét, és nemzetközi szinten is jobb, mint azt valaha is elképzeltük, ezért nagyon büszke vagyok arra, hogy mindenki ennyire szereti."
Jodie Harsch: "Ha az emberek a SUNRISE-re és SET YOU FREE-re szeretnének táncolni, és eltölteni egy kis hűvös pillanatot a WALK AWAY-vel, akkor boldogok vagyunk. Ez egy különleges "kapszula" projekt, ha úgy tetszik. Az együttműködés.
